I want to give a custom painting as a wedding gift. How will the couple redeem this gift certificate?

When you purchase the gift certificate you will provide me the name of the couple and their contact information and wedding date during the checkout process. Each certificate will have a number that is assigned to that couple. I will be in touch with them 2-3 months after the given wedding date. That is when pictures are generally back from the photographer. When the couple receives their gift certificate they will also receive instructions on what they need to do to get in touch with me and begin the process of developing their custom painting.

Will I receive anything I can actually give as a gift at the wedding?

Yes! You will receive an gift certificate in a gift box that you can then wrap and presented to the couple.

I am engaged, how can I register for a custom floral painting?

Congratulation! And thank you for wanting to include my work in your future home together. This process is not perfect yet, but I can provide a link to the gift certificate for you to manually add to your registry. Please send me a note in the form below or an email to shopmaclucille@gmail.com and I’ll be in touch with a link to add to your registry.

I lost my gift certificate. Can I still redeem the gift?

Yes! But I will need to verify the couples name and the name of the person that gave the gift. All of the information will be stored on my end when the purchase is made. I will not need the physical gift certificate as long as the couples name is given to me at the time of purchase. And if for some reason you don’t provide it at the time of purchase. I’ll reach out to your for that info.

Do you offer framing?

Each piece is painted in acrylic on a gallery wrap canvas. It will come wired and ready to hang, no framing is required. However, I am happy to assist you with framing if desired. I can have this framed for you prior to delivery at an additional cost. Let me know and I can send you options and a quote prior to making a decision.

I’m ready to create my custom painting. Do I need to send you pictures of the flowers only?

No. I do need the florals to be the main focus of the image, but you can send me pictures of you holding your flowers or with other people in the shot. As long as they are clear and in focus. I do like to have at least one close up shot of the florals, I like to have a variety of images to pull the composition from. Sometimes I will use those background details from the photos to develop the background of the painting.

We are already married can I still give a custom wedding floral gift?

Yes! This is a perfect anniversary, birthday or Christmas gift! Since you likely already have the images I would treat it as a standard commission rather than using a gift certificate. Then you can gift a finished painting rather than the gift certificate. However a gift certificate will also work if you prefer your spouse to work with me to create a painting. Just reach out to me and I’m happy to help you decide what’s right for you!

I want a different size than the 11x14 offered. Can you do that for me?

Yes! I absolutely can. Just reach out via the form below or send me an email and we can discuss what size is right for your gift. I offer the 11x14 because it is the most popular with my past clients. It is a good size so it feels substantial, but still small enough to fit into a bookcase or a small wall.

If the couple wants to do a larger size than the one gifted I’m happy to apply the certificate amount towards a larger piece.
