Southeastern Designer Showhouse Exclusive Offer!

Congratulations on being selected as a designer for the Southeastern Showhouse in Atlanta!

I am Laura Dunn, an artist based in St Simons Island, Georgia. I am reaching out with a special offer for designers who would consider placing my artwork and or textiles in their room in the Southeastern Designer Showhouse.

I am offering the loan of my artwork for the length of the showhouse. Artwork selected from my available inventory, up to 4 pieces, can be selected for your space. Should someone decide to purchase the artwork at the end of the showhouse you would retain a 40% commission, 60% to be paid to the artist.

Artwork not sold at the end of the showhouse will be picked up by the artist.

I also am offering a showhouse only incentive on my textiles. Yardage ordered for this project will be sold at 50% off the retail price, limited to 6 yards per project. Yardage over the 6 yards can be purchased at the standard designer cost of 30% off retail.

In return I would require the use of any images of my work and textiles used in your design. All images I use on social media would be tagged giving both the designer and photographer credit.

To be considerate of all designers involved in this project I will only work with one designer per showhouse. Should you decide to use my work or my textiles this offer will be closed to any other designers on this same project. First come, first serve.
